Used robot Kuka KR 16 ten axis welding robot on track and H shape positioner

Kuka ten axis welding cell consisting of :

- 1 x Kuka KR 16 six axis industrial robot with KRC2 Ed05 controller, 1,610 m arm reach and 16 kg payload.

- 1 x three axis welding positioner H shape (automatic load and unloading station) with a loading capacity of 2000 kg. It has 4000 mm between head and tail and 1500 mm width clearance for the parts to be welded

- 1 x KL 250-2 linear track, 4 meters long, 3 meters working length

- 1 x Fronius Synergic Power source, model TPS4000, 400A power, liquid cooled, suitable for aluminium, carbon steel and other alloys.

- Torch cleaning station

- Safety light barriers
